100% Satisfaction Guaranteed! In the event you receive an unsatisfactory candle due to manufacturing you must contact us immediately by phone or email within 10 days of purchase. Once you receive approval from Cedar Creek, repackage your items and return them. When we receive your returned items we will then inspect them and reimburse payment. Cedar Creek does not pay ANY shipping and handling on returned items unless it is a return due to a manufacturer's defect. We do not refund monies if a candle scent is not to your liking. If you are unsure about a particular scent please order a smaller size for a sample before purchasing a larger quantity. |
